| This is the basic “Learn To Windsurf” course, so definitely no previous experience required! If you have not windsurfed for a long time then Level 1 is also the course we recommend. After a short session on a simulator and some balance exercises the instructor demonstrates how to sail across the lake, turn around and sail back again. All pupils then take to the water to practise, with the instructor giving group and individual instruction throughout the lessons. Regular breaks are taken to discuss progress, give advice and cover a few theory topics. |
